I am often asked what products I use and recommend for my Ragdolls. All of the products listed are those that I have personally used and like. I will list pros and cons of my favorite brands below.

The Litter Robot:
I have a Whisker Litter Robot 3. I love this litter robot because it cuts down the time I spend on scooping cat litter. The main ball shaped part of the Litter robot cycles after the cat uses it and empties the waste into the drawer below. The drawer is lined with a plastic liner that you can easily dispose of once the drawer is full. There is also a filter in the drawer and it really helps cut down on odor. It is wifi compatible as well.
I have found the litter robot works best with 3 adult cats or less using it. My kittens transition easily to the litter robot when they’re big enough.
The only con is deep cleaning. I do this more often than most since I have Mama cats and their kittens using it. You can take the “ball” part of the litter robot off and clean it deeply. You must only wipe down other pieces, carefully, to avoid damaging the censors. It isn’t hard to do, but it is a little cumbersome to move around and takes a bit to dry out. If you have only 1-3 cats using it, I doubt it would require a deep cleaning very often.

Litter that I use with the Litter Robot:
I love Fresh Step Multi-Cat cat litter for odor control. I highly recommend it! I feel like it lasts longer than other litters that I have used.
Food:
I have been using Taste of the Wild Lowland Duck Flavor or Wild Canyon river flavor. I have used this and Iams kitten food but I am using Taste of the Wild exclusively now for my adult cats. I use Blue Wilderness Kitten food and the same brand of wet food for the kittens.
